The Culinary Experience with Paul Ingenito

Join Chef Paul Ingenito of The Perryville Inn for this year's Culinary Experience, as he teaches participants about summer's fresh, flavorful ingredients & culinary delights.  Paul Ingenito is an award-winning chef who will demonstrate ideal techniques for preparing these delicious foods.  Perfectly paired wines are also included to complement each course!

Chef Ingenito has won numerous awards, including 2010 Teacher of the Year for the Hunterdon County Polytech Career Academy, and 2009 National Restaurant Association NJ ProStart Educator of teh Year.  Paul Ingenito has been the Chef Proprietor, along with his wife Lorraine, of the Zagat-rated The Perryville Inn for the past 12 years, and has been the Executive Chef of several prestigious NYC restaurants, including Maxim's and The Russian Tea Room.

1.) $20 raffle tickets available to meet Joe Torre, Manager of the L.A.
